Dear Internetlings,

Just wanted to say hello, and Merry Christmas... even though it's a wee bit late. I hope you all had a good time, and were able to relax for at least a little while.

I've been on break since the 15th, and even though things have been crazy as usual I've had a good time for the most part. We made it through our Christmas, Mom's family's Christmas, and Dad's family's Christmas. We spent the weekend at the resort in Okaboji, as we always do, and it was nice. Most of my relatives on Mom's side are really good people, and it was nice to see them. The resort has an athletic club with indoor tennis courts and a running track. Need I say more? It was sad that Seth had to work and wasn't able to come. However, he did get to miss the Britt (Dad's side) Christmas so he was lucky in that.

I can't believe Christmas is over. We were so busy up until it came that it was just HERE and then gone. I wrapped 119 presents beforehand, and then I stopped counting. I am not kidding. I loved buying people presents this year. I got so many fun presents I can't believe it, I was so spoiled this year.

The day after Dec. 25th is always a little depressing, but I tried to keep busy today so I wouldn't get too blue. We had a lot of housework and unpacking to do after the long weekend, so that supplied me with plenty of distractions.

*sigh* It's a happy/sad night. I'm all clean in my brand new gnome pajamas (Yes I said gnome, you know you're jealous.) and ready for bed... so I should probably call it a night.

Sorry about the choppy pointless post, I'll try to steal some more computer time in the future and post something with a bit more substance.
